As we support different variants of event organization (directly or via third party managers, agents, agencies etc.) we create special Data Privacy Statements for each of the events. You can also contact us to have more details and information by email dataprivacy@party.space.

When we say “we” or “our” we mean PartySpace, who is the ‘data controller' for the information in this overview in case you provide it to us directly, or processor/sub-processor depending on the event management case. This means we're responsible for deciding how we can use your information if we are controller, or give information about goals to your data controller dealing with us.

We'll only collect your information in line with relevant regulations and law and this may relate to any of our products or services you apply for, currently hold or have held in the past. You're responsible for making sure you give us accurate and up to date information. Certain data related to the event (including Client's logo, images, and short video recordings of the event, but not limited to) might be used for informational and promotional purposes, case description and for the direct advertisement.

By signing the service agreement, referring to this policy, the Client irrevocably accepts the rules and provide Party.Space with its direct approval to use information on (i) the fact of providing the services to the Client; (ii) general information on the scope of the services; (iii) case description; (iv) recording of the event, including audio and video materials of the Client; (v) demonstrating short clips to potential clients either directly or by publication at social media. The Client also directly approves using the Client’s logo by Party.Space in its informational, promotional, case description and advertising materials, and warrants that all the end users are directly and explicitly informed on the possibility of the recording and directly approve possible usage of the event’s recording as described hereby.

By using the link provided for services, end user irrevocably confirms his (her, its) approval to record his (her, its) activity during the event and authorize Party.Space to further use audio and video record thereof in short videoclips for informational and promotional purposes, and for direct advertising.

6. Who we can share your information with

We may share your information across to third parties depending on the services you choose to use inside our platform (external chat API or any other third party solution integrated to our platform). In any case we will notify you and ask your consent for transferring your data to this services in order to give you full solution from our platform. We also may share your information for money laundering checks, credit risk reduction and other fraud crime prevention purposes. To any regulator, external auditor or applicable body or to the court where required to by law. To any central or local government, statutory or public body where required to by law.

7. How long we'll keep your information

Personal data that we process, for any purpose or purposes, shall not be kept for longer than is necessary. Party.Space bases its record retention on any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, mostly destroying all the data after the event end. You have the right to request we erase your data even earlier, where we do not have any overriding legal, regulatory or contractual obligations for continued retention of such data.

8. Transferring your information overseas

Personal data that we collect, is stored in the AWS environment, in the region applicable and legal for your country. Should we need to transfer personal data outside of the region, in the future, such personal data will be covered by binding corporate rules or contractual arrangements to ensure it is processed appropriately. When data is processed outside of your region, we will notify you.

You have a number of rights relating to your information e.g. to see what we hold, to ask us to share it with another party, ask us to update incorrect or incomplete details, to object to or restrict processing of it, to make a complaint etc. We do not perform any auto-profiling of individuals.
