Virtual Product Launch Celebration by TripStax at Party.Space
TripStax is a platform that offers travel tech tools for travel management. Powered by “The Core,” a profound central data processing architecture, TripStax has everything you need to enhance the customer experience and build new revenue streams.
Spring 2022 is a special time for the entire TripStax team as TripStax is set to launch their Tech Eco-System for Business Travel Management Companies. On March 29th, the company officially presented its product. It was a virtual launch event hosted in their own Metaverse by Party.Space.
More than 70 attendees from different countries such as the UK, the US, India, Sweden, and Germany were able to join the virtual space and celebrate the company’s success.
The Challenge
Party.Space’s team was working hard to get everything ready for the event since we only had two weeks to create a Metaverse from scratch and host the virtual product launch event for TripStax. The main focus was on the 3D environment with the goal of adding some special vibes for creating a memorable & engaging experience that would resemble the in-person events they had hosted in previous years.
TripStax wanted to create a virtual launch event that would satisfy the following requirements:
- easy access for people all over the world,
- interactive and engaging experience,
- custom-branded 3D metaverse that felt like their in-person events,
- hassle-free navigation through the metaverse.
The Solution
We created a custom metaverse with a rooftop space branded with TripStax’s corporate colours and logo. The key goal of the event was to commemorate the release of their new product. TripStax’s rocket take-off symbolized this launch.
Posters with branding and brief instructions were placed all over the metaverse to ease the navigation for guests and inform them of the activities. Thanks to such posters, no one felt uncomfortable during the virtual celebration.
The welcoming video and presentation from Jack Ramsey, TripStax’s CEO, was the central element of the product launch. It was both touching and powerful. After the opening address, guests participated in various activities. TripStax’s CEO even prepared a special quiz for the team.
During the event, guests enjoyed communicating, playing different board games, and listening to music.
The Results
On March 29th, more than 70 guests joined the virtual product launch of TripStax via Party.Space. The participants were encouraged to evaluate the platform. Here’s what they liked best:
- hassle-free event organization,
- an extremely easy-to-use platform for virtual events,
- available for users from all over the world.
We launched TripStax two days ago, and with our global team, we had to think innovatively about how we wanted to bring everyone together to celebrate such a huge occasion in our journey. We used Party.Space – a 3D virtual experience – and it was EPIC!
